If you have problem playing any of our videos, follow these instructions.

1. If you’re on Windows, use Media Player Classic that comes with CCCP.
2. Do not use VLC.
3. If you’re on other OS, use MPlayer. Though we haven’t personally tested, someone suggested MPlayer OSX Extended for Mac.
4. Do not use VLC.
5. If your computer is too slow to play h264 videos,  get CoreAVC on top of CCCP. This is currently only available for Windows.
6. Do not use VLC.

Installing CCCP:

1. Remove all other codec packs (such as Klite) before installing CCCP.
2. You may need the CCCP Insurgent to help you remove other codec packs cleanly.

If you find that the opening and closing sequence is missing, it means we have used “ordered chapters”.  Follow these instructions.

1. Read the first post of this thread.
2. Find and download our separate OP/ED files.
3. Put them in the same directory as your episodes.
4. For Windows, use CCCP.
5. For other OS, there appears to be a patched version of MPlayer that can play ordered chapters. You can find it in the thread in (1).
