Just wanted to come and say, since I have some experience in fluid-thermo dynamics, that although [PV=nRT] is correct (formula), it implies that there is some measure of molar mass (which is n) and that R is dependent on n. It is more correct to say PV=RT in a general context where you can look up the R value off a table/chart. Chemists, as you would find, tend to use PV=nRT more often due to their field of work and related calculations.
