Unrelated question: Did you find a new translater for Valkyria Chronicles these days? Or are you still trying to recruit someone?
We did find someone who can actually translate it (at least that what i think they do), but i’d be happy to find a additional TL or a TLC for him. (TL = Translator, TLC = Translation Checker)

Thanks for both of the releases. I love your work you guys do, but Tayutama 11 aired on the 15th, so I’ll be hoping that is released real soon by you guys. :D
Actually waiting for slow-chan to fart out the episode script. I’m going to pre-encode the H264 in the meantime so i’d just have to do a 1 hour encode for the XVID after he finishes the script and the rest of the script working chain (Translation -> Timing -> Translation Check -> Edit -> Typesetting -> Encoding). But i think the episode should be out before 12 airs. (which is on sunday)
Don’t get me wrong, because if you didn’t find a translator for Valkria Chronicles yet, I’d volunteer to help you out.
The only problem is that I can not guarantee weekly translations because I’m sometimes very busy (though I’d do my best of course). And I would need a very good QC because English is not my mother-tongue and I might be in doubt about some things in Japanese sometimes.
However, if you can really make any use of me please feel free to consider giving me a chance. I could submit a translation of episode 9 for reference, if you want to.
(Sorry, didn’t know a better way to contact you as I’m not too experienced with IRC and nothing responded to the trigger in the recruit channel …)
Well, “weekly translation” isn’t really that problem, since i’d be happy if the translation would be done somewhere WITHIN a week. I think our editors are used to engrish and singlish, so i think as long as it isn’t completly fucked up, it shouldn’t be much of a problem.
If you want, you can send me the script and ill forward it to one of our japaneses to check it, just mail it to me or send it to SpiegelEiXXL on irc.rizon.net.
However: we DO have a translation for episode 09 and 10 already, currently waiting for episode 11 to be downloaded for the new translator (yes, his internet connection is bullshit & cookies.), being on TLC both now (rather 09 on TLC-Apply and 10 on TLC).
